From HEXA Ingenieros we remain committed to give visibility to the labor market for high school students who will have to decide their future in less than a year.
On this occasion, we have been visited for three days by two of the students of the International School Logos de Las Rozas.
During the visit, they were able to see what the real day-to-day work of a company is like, what its structure is like, what the duties of each of the departments that make it up are and the importance of teamwork. All this introducing them to the normal development of a project at a technical level.
During one of the days we took the opportunity to visit one of our customers. One of the largest bread manufacturers in the country. The visit to the final customer was an opportunity for the students to see the application of the work done in the office.
Thanks to this type of program, the institutes provide the option for their students to get an overview of the workings of the company to help them form an idea of the career they wish to pursue, or even open up a new range of possibilities that the student did not know he or she could study.
Encourage other companies to collaborate with institutes and schools in order to help as much as possible to strengthen the education of our future employees.
