Project objective
The project consists of integrating the customer's used industrial oil regeneration plant into the production control system. The control system is fully integrated with that of the existing production plant and allows the control of both the process and all auxiliary systems required for oil regeneration.
On the other hand, information is collected automatically, recording the plant status in a database and facilitating analysis by means of production reports.
The system is based on Rockwell Automation hardware and software.
- Supervisory system: RS-View32.
- Automaton: ControlLogix.

- Control networks: Controlnet, DH+.
Device networks: Controlnet and Remote I/O. - Database: Microsoft Access.
- Control system - database interface: RS-SQL from Rockwell Software.
- Remote access via modem.
