Case Study
Project objective
The process consists of the Automatic Control and Identification of the Production and Paper Balance. For this purpose, an automatic paper reading and control system has been installed in all the printing machines, so that the paper can be perfectly tracked and recorded throughout the production process.
Local system applications collect machine information and serve as an interface with the operator. This information is recorded in the application's server database (approx. 2,000,000 records per work shift) and is accessible through a web portal for data management and reporting. Quality control option, analyzing the correct sequencing and print quality of 250 numberings/second with a resolution of 10 pix/mm.
